You’ll be responsible for:
- Establish and maintain key working relationships with all client contacts and other stakeholders such as design agencies and printers.
- Establish and maintain key working relationships with Senior Management colleagues within SBS as well as the SBS Client Service training manager.
- Establish and maintain relevant and strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure your team give daily delivery updates to their onsite teams. Report by exception on lines which will not be delivered.
- Manage entire search, selection and induction process for new recruits, with support from the Account Director (AD).
- Manage training and development plans, succession planning including appraisals with support from the AD.
- Drive effective communication with the team and motivate the team at all times.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to (attendance, holidays etc).
- Create and present monthly KPI’s and present them to your AD.
- Update account sku activity forecasts on a monthly basis and present them to your AD and the Production Manager.
- Identify and recommend new ways of working which benefit the client / SBS.
- Seek innovative solutions for delivery through people, processes and services, working collaboratively with other business areas. Drive continuous improvement through all aspects of the role, working alongside other senior stakeholders.
- Display true ownership of projects assigned to your team. Do what is needed to ensure key dates are met. FTP dates should be understood and not missed.
- Hold weekly update meeting with your onsite contact at which you will take them through all live work and demonstrate a clear understanding of all line status’s and any current challenges.
- Ensure your team fully understand their role as the project owner ensuring all stakeholders in the process are fully aware of all key dates within the artwork and repro window. Follow through with each stakeholder to ensure they meet their required demands.
Qualifications / Experience
- Graduate with 3 years minimum relevant marketing or graphics experience OR 5 years minimum relevant marketing or graphics experience
- Exposure to high profile clients / FMCG brands would be an advantage
- Client facing experience preferable
- Computer literate – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
