Salary: Scale 3 (£23,500 to £23,893 pro-rata, £21,511 to £21,871 actual per annum) 

Contract: Permanent, full-time, term-time plus two weeks

Location: NUAST, Nottingham

Closing date: Sunday 3rd December 2023 at 5pm

At NUAST, our staff are passionate advocates for their subject/area and an invaluable link between education and industry.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Administration Assistant that can support our specialist approach to learning.

Your main responsibilities within this role will be:

  • Responsible for the administration of many aspects of school including the office and reprographics
  • Maintain stationery stock and supplies for reprographics and the admin department, raising orders when required
  • Being ‘the face of the school’ and dealing with parents, visitors, children and staff
