Job Title: Chef de Partie
Salary: Up to £10ph + Tips where applicable + Benefits.

Working Hours: FT and PT hours available, flexible shifts, 2 consecutive rest days each week, no split shifts.

Your Role - Hydes Chef de Partie
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.
As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating.

The Coach & Four is an 18th century coaching house serving the very best in food and drink, in a stylish and comfortable environment – making it an ideal location for a wide range of occasions. They also offer accommodation at the Wilmslow Lodge, adjacent to the Coach & Four with spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and friendly service that will make our guests feel right at home.
