We are currently seeking Project Workers to work within two of our Projects, based in the borough of Ealing.

One of the Projects is Project Sixty Five, which is a purpose built 24 bed hostel for men and women aged 18 to 60. The other Project is a six bed Hospital discharge project, which provides innovative, creative and high-quality support to clients who have been discharged from hospital; helping them to make positive progress in their lives and move on to suitable accommodation.

As a Project Worker, your role will involve undertaking key working activities such as referrals/interviews/booking in clients and housing management activities such as finances, resettlement, health and wellbeing. You will also assist our clients to develop and care for themselves by providing advice and guidance on personal development and relevant life skills. You will be working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, specialist staff and external partners.

To succeed, you will either have personal experience of homelessness or a sound understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people. You should also possess good interpersonal and listening skills; in order to be able to establish an effective working relationship with clients and an eagerness to learn and work with clients in a holistic and client-centred approach. Good numeracy, IT and written communication skills are also required.

Flexibility is required, as you will be working a shift rota.
