Under the guidance of an experienced Team Manager and working alongside integrated Clinical Practitioners, Practice Development Workers and a range of co-located multi-agency partners you will be supported to develop and refine your knowledge, skills and expertise enabling you to provide excellent services to children, young people and their families and to progress your career.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate engagement with children and families in their assessments and plans in innovative ways, and have a passion for delivery of high quality services and interventions to vulnerable children and families in partnership with a wide range of agencies and organisations. You will possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework and polices in relation to safeguarding children, be able to provide evidence of your excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrate your impact on families in achieving positive outcomes for children and influence the professional networks that you work with.
