The Pinetree School is a special school for students aged 11-16 who have social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Many of our students have had to overcome significant difficulties in their lives and have struggled to succeed in other educational establishments.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person with high standards and an eye for detail. They must be able to manage their own workload and also be a good communicator to liaise with other staff and contractors professionally with regards to maintenance and improvement of the school.
Experience of caretaking in a similar setting would be advantageous although full training will be provided for Legionella, fire alarm and lighting testing. The successful candidate will have good general handyman skills with experience and knowledge in health and safety requirements in a working/educational environment.
