The Night News Producer works within a team of four people, the News Producer is in continuous contact with our Members (public service broadcasters: televisions and radios) and manages the Eurovision News Exchange, which is the transmission and exchange of the audio-visual material for the Member's news bulletins.
The Night News Producer selects the relevant international news coming from Members, private broadcaster and press agencies and works under the authority of the News Editor. At night, when the News Editor is not available, the Night News producer works autonomously.
Skills: BA in journalism or political science. Excellent knowledge and interest in political and economical international current events. Perfect command of English, both spoken and written. Schedule: In average 15 hours per week, on nights and week-ends.
