The role
We are looking for an experienced leader to provide strategic planning and operational delivery across the Trust to include delivering estates initiatives, capital projects, contract negotiations and facilities management. The post holder will be passionate about fostering productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external bodies.
You will have the confidence to create and implement health and safety policies in accordance with the latest legislation, and be the designated person in discharging H&S responsibilities for the Trust.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a Property/Estates environment
- Experience of H&S and H&S legislation
- Knowledge and working experience of Risk Registers
- Relevant procurement experience and the rules that apply
- Experience of writing Capital Funding Bids
- Significant experience of working with professional consultants and advisers
- Managing complex Capital Projects
Salary and benefits
The salary for this role is L4 (£45,434) - L8 (£50,151) per annum.
