Role: Night Senior Support Worker Location: The Beeches, Mirfield Salary: £13.08/hr (this will increase in April 2024) Hours: 40 hours per week, including alternate weekend working
The Beeches in Mirfield is a welcoming, well-established 13-bed residential service for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The phrase "We work in their home, they don't live where we work" underpins everything we do at The Beeches and means our staff team work in a person-centred way by encouraging indepedence and choice every day.
As a Night Senior Support Worker at Beeches, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for , but day to day duties will include:
- Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
- Promoting person-centred, high quality care
- Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
- Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation
- Administering and auditing medication(s)
