St Mungo’s is currently seeking a Deputy Manager to join our Complex Needs team in Bristol; in providing clients with a safe environment in which to build their confidence, promotes opportunities for positive change and supports their recovery journey. You will be based within a hostel accommodation that provides housing related support to vulnerable homeless men and women with complex needs and mental health issues.
You will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in ensuring the smooth daily running of the project and to deputise in their absence. You will also ensure the delivery and integration of services to a high quality, which are compatible with the needs of the clients and which reflect St Mungo's overall policies.
To be successful, you will have demonstrable working experience in the field combined with some supervisory/ management skills. You will also have detailed knowledge of recovery-focused person-centred support planning and be able to establish effective working relationships with a wide range of people internally and externally; including statutory and voluntary services. An efficient, creative and methodical approach to work, including the preparation of reports and keeping daily records, is also essential.
