About the role

We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with experience and or a qualification in marketing to join our fostering recruitment team.

About you

What you can expect: 

  • The role will contribute to the Fostering Recruitment and Marketing Strategy
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Be responsible for preparing content and materials and oversee distribution.
  • You will have excellent presentation, interpersonal, public speaking and writing skills.
  • This role involves forming links with external stakeholders, community and faith groups, local businesses and members of the public.
  • This role will be responsible for planning and implementing recruitment campaigns and activities.
  • You  will have a good understanding of marketing techniques and social media analytics, able work with Barnet’s Communication Team and social media colleagues.  
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the effective monitoring of the budget in collaboration with the manager, providing regarding spend.
  • Examine the data from enquiry through to approval.
  • Excellent organisational and  multi-tasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and marketing software
