We are seeking two Museum Technicians to work on the V&A’s major store decant.

The Museum is now preparing for a major collections move from its current storage facility at Olympia to a new Collections and Research Centre, V&A East. This role will work with our Technical Services Decant team, liaising with curatorial, archival, conservation staff based at Blythe House, to prepare and pack internationally significant objects for the move, ensuring the highest standards of collections care are met.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a large scale collections packing project.  You’ll be a team player with excellent organisational skills and some experience of handling and packing museum objects. 

This is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2021.
