Job title: Multi-site Registered Manager
Location: Mirfield (some travel required)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: up to £37,740/pa (DOE)

We are Hollybank, a school and residential care provider based in West Yorkshire. We provide a range of care and support services for children, young people, and adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and complex needs.

Key aspects of this role:

  • To manage and be accountable for all aspects of the care homes for adults with complex disabilities and associated learning, sensory and physical disabilities.
  • To ensure effective management of staff by leading an integrated team of support and social care workers.
  • To coordinate day to day liaison with, and on behalf of, service users with other internal and external community links and represents the Trust externally.
  • Ensure efficient and effective recording systems relating to support planning, service planning, performance monitoring and Quality Assurance are in place and that these are regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditure in line with Trust department requirements.
