• Market Positioning: Align the function with the overall company strategy, focusing on market-specific needs and opportunities in North America.
• Innovative Product Alignment: Tailor product offerings to meet the unique demands and regulatory requirements of the North American market.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, sales, and global marketing, to ensure cohesive efforts and maximum impact.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on market performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Adherence to Corporate Values: Uphold and promote Apollo Fire Detectors' values and ethical standards in all aspects of the market management function.
