You will play a critical part in leading the production team to achieve maximum productivity and output without compromising health, safety, environmental, quality, cost and delivery performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining health, safety and environmental standards in accordance with Apollo procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations by all team members.
• Complying with the requirements stipulated in the Apollo Mission Statement and Code of Conduct at all times.
• Developing the production team by maintaining regular performance reviews with all direct reports.
• Managing first line dispute and conflict resolution and recognition of the need for assistance when required.
• Ensuring all quality documentation is maintained and controlled to the latest revision levels.

You will be a curious, positive person who is passionate about their role and encourages the people around them to succeed.

You will have:

• Experience of volume electronics manufacturing using world class philosophies, techniques and lean manufacturing principles
• A proven first line supervisor in a production environment with a sound knowledge of high volume electro-mechanical sub-assemblies.
