Behaviour Inclusion Assistant
Salary: Scale E £17,131 - £18,543  (£20,092 - £21,748 full time equivalent)
Permanent
Full time, 37 hours per week
Term time + 1 week

East Point Academy is seeking a reliable and responsible Behaviour Inclusion Assistant to maintain our high standards of student behaviour. 

The role involves working with students who due to poor behaviour, have been sent to the Academy’s Transit room. The candidate will supervise the Transit Room in accordance with the Academy’s Behaviour Policy and have a calm, clear and consistent approach when dealing with young people.  and to have working with groups of students in our Transit Room 

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs. You will have excellent organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders.
