A position has arisen within the UK Business for a Supply Chain Controller to support the Small Domestic Appliance Business Operation.  Reporting to the Business Director - SDA & working closely with the Sales Office, Supply Chain and Commercial Teams. 

Main role responsibilities

• Tracking all production orders via central planning and internal computer systems (Gecom)
• Liaise closely with commercial teams regarding order book and inbound stock flows
• Liaise closely with commercial teams to create weekly and monthly demand plan via Optimus Forecast System
• Confirm stock availability with customer supply chains via Sales Office Clerks
• Assist with inbound stock management & direct from factory delivery planning
• Prioritising stocks in line with customer requirements
• Update of in transit shipping statistics
• Circulation of stock availability reports to each business sector
• Assist the Supply Chain Manager with customer on time in full (OTIF) service levels

Knowledge/Experience

• Computer literate with excellent Excel skills
• Experience in a supply chain, merchandise planning and sales environment
• Conscientious administrator with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent telephone manner
