We are currently recruiting for two Apprentice Recovery Workers to join our Haringey Recovery Team.
Learning to provide assessment, keyworking, groups facilitation and the skills needed to joint work with other agencies across all Haringey Drug, Alcohol and Recovery Partnership (HDARP) services, you will support service users in their recovery from drug and alcohol misuse focusing on mutual aid (i.e. AA, NA, CA, Smart Recovery) options, co-producing courses on the Recovery Academy, support user-led activities, volunteering and ETE opportunities.
We are looking for motivational, positive and passionate role models who will inspire and provide support to former rough sleepers moving into or already in independent housing across several boroughs working alongside individual clients to enable them to maintain their tenancies and become active citizens, using their time purposefully.

St Mungo's Apprenticeship Scheme offers 15 months paid work, a comprehensive training programme and the opportunity to work towards a Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
There will also be on the job learning and shadowing staff; to observe how they support service-users to achieve their goals. You will be required to attend formal learning whilst working towards the qualification.
Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre.
