Actual Salary £10,694 per annum

25 hours per week, 8:45 am - 1:45 pm Monday to Friday

Term time plus 1 week



East Ruston Infant School and Nursery are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated School Secretary and Administrative Assistant to join our team.

East Ruston Infant School and Nursery is a small, family orientated school that provides an active and stimulating education for children aged between 2 and 7 years old. A person is sought who enjoys being in a pleasant, varied and interesting working environment with an already well-established team. 

Applicants should have very good interpersonal skills; good general knowledge of ICT and data based applications, word processing and general office skills. These are essential to enable the post holder to maintain the day to day administrative processes for the Academy.  

Personal qualities are also of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to display enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility and reliability.  They must also have the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
