The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the governance team which supports the delivery of LLDC’s legacy plans for QEOP. You will be responsible for delivering a high quality secretariat service to the Boards of LLDC subsidiary companies. From coordinating the preparation of Board packs and producing high quality, accurate minutes, you will be the first point of contact for Board members and senior management and integral to delivering effective governance arrangements. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the LLDC’s Executive Management Team meetings and other governance activities across the organisation.

 

Is it for you? 

We’re looking for someone who wants to develop their career in governance who has a track record of working with decision-making bodies such as boards or committees and a solid understanding of corporate governance. You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt and respond to a busy and varied workload. You are confident at dealing with internal and external stakeholders and enjoy working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
