You will be joining a team dedicated to providing clients with a safe environment in which to build their confidence, promote opportunities for positive change and support their recovery journey and move on.
Your role will involve undertaking key working activities such as referrals/interviews/booking in clients and housing management activities such as finances, resettlement, health and wellbeing.
