What are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, customer focussed person to join our Asset team. You will be responsible for managing a varied range of planned maintenance contracts from inception to completion and for undertaking Stock Condition Surveys, gathering stock data and contributing to a robust long term planned maintenance programme.

You must have excellent communication skills, be able to travel between sites and have a passion to develop both yourself the service. Previous housing experience is not essential but you will have a good technical knowledge of building construction and contract management.
