Salary: Scale E £17,528 - £18,973 (£19,554 - £21,166 full time equivalent)
Permanent
Full time, 37 hours per week
Term time plus three weeks
Starting September 2019          

East Point Academy is seeking a reliable and responsible person to help maintain our high standards of student behaviour, supervising students who have been placed in our seclusion (internal exclusion) facility. 

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs. You will have excellent organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders.
