Customer Collections Assistant
Based in Chester

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Legal Recoveries Team based in Chester.  Your role will be to undertake case handling in the department, opitmise the income recovery into the Recoveries Unit Department and to develop indirect and direct debt cases.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  1. Day-to-day knowledge of the cases and files in the Department
  2. Driving recovery of debt income on cases
  3. Advising Management and Business areas on the cases
  4. Production of letters

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Good listening skills
  • Good Verbal, written and assertive communications skills 
  • Self motivation and be a self starter
  • Experience in debt recovery is preferred or at least experience of professional work in a similar environment.
