Role: Senior Night Support Worker
Location: Brambles, Mirfield
Salary: £13.08/hr (plus enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays)
Hours: 40hrs per week including alternate weekend working

Hollybank Trust, founded in 1954 has achieved a reputation of attaining very high care standards, working with children, young people and adults who have profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. Due to the expansion of our children's services, we are now looking for some excellent new people to join our teams in Brambles in Mirfield. 

Brambles is an 8-bed home for younger children with profound and multiple learning disabilities. At Brambles, the highly-skilled and enthusiastic team love to foster a fun and vibrant environment, promote skill-building, and celebrate achievements - and they're also not shy of a good karaoke party! This is an active and busy environment but also a lot of fun.

The role will be varied, but day to day duties will include:

  • Supervising our dedicated team of Night Support Workers
  • Promoting person-centred, high quality care
  • Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
  • Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation
  • Administering and auditing medication(s)
