Project Administrator – Haringey SMO

£23,119 - £26,025 per annum (pro rata)

Part-time: 15 hrs per week

At St Mungo’s our vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions. As a homelessness charity and housing association our clients are at the heart of what we do. We provide a bed and support to more than 2,500 people a night who are either homeless or at risk, and work to end homelessness and rebuild lives.

We are looking for a part-time Project Administrator to work in our St Mungo’s Substance Misuse and Offenders Pathway based at Haringey SMO. The aim of the service is the provision of housing for clients with varying levels of need. The overall objective is to provide accommodation with support to progress towards independent accommodation.

The successful applicant will be based within our 13 bed high support scheme. Reporting directly to Service/Deputy Managers, you will be responsible for the wide range of administrative tasks including financial reporting, statistical work, liaising with external agencies including Housing benefits & suppliers/contractors in order to support the day-to-day running of the service.

To succeed, you will have an experience of general office and clerical duties, as well as in financial and accounting procedures. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to work in an organised, efficient and systematic manner and the ability to cope in a sometimes challenging environment.
