Duty Worker (Haringey Complex Needs Service - Vartry Road)

37.5 hours per week

£19,012.50 - £19,270 per annum

The Vartry Road team provides an accommodation based support service to clients with Complex Needs. We provide housing and support for our clients who have mental health needs, substance use, dual diagnosis, physical health and other support needs. We provide therapeutic environments that considers the client's strengths, aspirations and interests and put these at the centre of their recovery. In line with St Mungo’s recovery approach, the Service encourages clients to engage with the support services at each step of their journey. The service provides 24/7 accommodation and support with staff working on a rota basis including evenings and weekends as well as bank holidays. There are no sleepovers.

We're looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated duty worker to join the service. As the post-holder, you will be working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, specialist staff and external partners and will be responsible for supporting the working shift pattern of the service, whilst holding a case load of clients. You will be enthusiastic, creative, eager to learn and able engage with our clients in a holistic and client-centred approach.
