A full time employee will receive around £2,392 per year in tips alone. Working in a busy 4 AA Star, Inn that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will lead the team in serving our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and become knowledgeable of our menus. Receptionist

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist, based at The Cavendish Hotel, Baslow, Derbyshire You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your pay up to £3000 per annum. You will be working within the prestigious 4AA Red Star Country house. At the Cavendish Hotel you will often be the first & last person our guests meet, and your exemplary customer care standards will set the tone for the whole of the Hotel, ensuring our guests receive end to end first rate, friendly and efficient service. Your duties will include; answering telephone calls, checking-in and out guests efficiently, processing guest administration, handling payment transactions, answering customer enquiries and ensuring public areas are presented to a high standard. You will be an excellent communicator, a very proficient IT user and have previous experience handling administration. Being organized and methodical in your approach to work, you will also be skilled at prioritising your workload to help respond to guest needs as efficiently as possible. Experience of a hotel reservation system (such as Rezlynx or Resdiary), an awareness of industry standards and knowledge of the local area are all desirable attributes. This is a part-time position and flexibility is essential to be able to work varied shifts that include weekends, bank holidays, early starts and later finishes; generally 7am to 3.30pm, or 3pm to 11pm. Sous Chef

We have a a great development opportunity at The Cavendish Hotel for a Sous Chef with aspirations to progress with an employer who will support you every step of the way. You will work a 4 day week. You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your salary by up to £320 per month on average. A full time employee will receive around £3,200 per year in service charge and tips alone. You will assist the Head Chef in leading the team of chefs in providing an exceptional product. Maintenance Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of an effective maintenance team within Devonshire Hotels and Restaurants Group, part of the wider Chatsworth Estates Group, in the Peak District of Derbyshire. Assisting the Maintenance Manager with carrying out property maintenance tasks, you will need hands on experience in a variety of all-round trades such as plumbing, basic electrics, decorating, joinery, general repairs and record keeping to ensure the smooth operation of our two busy Inn properties, The Devonshire Arms at Beeley and Pilsley and a variety of Chatsworth Holiday Cottage properties. You must have a keen eye for detail, work to exacting standards, often without supervision, using initiative but with reference to our comprehensive Group safety requirements and be able to finish tasks within limited timeframes. There will be opportunities for further skills training and qualifications appropriate to the role. Working across the Yorkshire properties as Manager of the Maintenance team, completing a variety of tasks as instructed by the Resident Manager and Buildings Surveyor. Visitor Welcome Assistant

Bolton Abbey – Visitor Welcome Assistant We are looking for a number of new colleagues to join our friendly Visitor Welcome Assistant team. We have positions to fill across two sites, one of those being Barden Field and the other being Strid Wood Car Park. Each position offers a 6 hour day. We are looking to take on 3 or 4 people meaning each person would work 2-3 days per week - This will include weekends. Seasonal, part-time, 12 - 18 hours per week. Housekeeping Assistant (Saturday & Sunday)

If you are looking for part-time work to fit around your other commitments then come and join our friendly team responsible for maintaining excellent cleanliness standards at Chatsworth House. You will work as part of a team maintaining excellent cleaning standards at Chatsworth. Keeping the visitor route vacuumed on a regular basis, cleaning staff offices, mess rooms and washrooms and the cleaning of corridors and other non-visitor based rooms as required.
