Lead Practitioner - Mathematics

Teacher of Mathematics

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Mathematics to add to our fully staffed department due to increasing numbers, who will support the department to continue to achieve excellent outcomes for our students. We are looking for someone who will possess the key knowledge, attributes and skills to deliver engaging and informative lessons that motivate and enthuse the students at Sir Thomas Wharton Academy to invest in their learning.

Teacher of Business and/or ICT

You will be able to demonstrate experience of building effective relationships with both students and staff. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage the achievement, progress, attendance and behaviour for a year group ensuring disadvantaged students have a high priority. You will be ably supported by a dedicated Student Welfare Manager and year group SLT link to achieve the highest possible level of support and pastoral care for students.
