Customer Service Agent

Salary: £28,734 pa + bonus up to £1,408 pa Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week Shift Patterns between: 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - 1 Hour Lunch, 8am to 12pm Saturdays on a rotation. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering a great service with a smile is second nature. Where you really excel is in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch. You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (our proven induction training will take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!) to get things done. Motor Vehicle Technician

Salary : £45,729 pa OTE (basic £39,729k pa + bonus OTE + Overtime) Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / Day Shifts Only. As and when required overtime is available and this is paid at time and half. Parts Controller

Salary: £30,563 OTE (basic £29,108 pa + £1,455 pa bonus OTE + Overtime) This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists as a Parts Controller in our busy site in Bolton. About us: Our Bolton branch is a large, high-profile site which delivers maintenance, servicing and warranty work for a fleet of c2500 vehicles in fleet, and one of the busiest workshops in the country. About the role: In this role you will be supporting the Workshop Manager in the running of the internal parts department, based within the workshop.
