Case Assistant - Credit Hire

Credit Hire Case Assistant NewLaw Scotland is expanding. We have recently added to our growing portfolio of business partnerships and are looking for a Credit Hire Case Assistant to join our Glasgow team on this exciting journey.  At NewLaw Scotland we are proud to support employee development. Your commitment and hard work will be truly valued and will be rewarded with opportunities for personal development and training.  We are big believers in nurturing our talent from within and offer various progression routes.   A day in the life of a Credit Hire Case Assistant with NewLaw Scotland will involve: Data input and administrative tasks to assist the Credit Hire department. Assisting with the management of Credit Hire matters and uninsured loss recovery involving issues of liability, quantum and credit hire. Accurately recording time spent on each case on the firm’s Case Management System. Maintaining files in accordance with the file maintenance policy. Using the Case Management System effectively in accordance with agreed procedures to ensure cases are proactively managed. Achieving set KPIs.   What’s in it for you? We are currently operating a hybrid model and offer a flexible approach to remote working.   About you You’ll be an experienced Administrator with data inputting skills. You will have a desire to gain experience and knowledge of the law surrounding credit hire claims. Willingness to keep up to date with developments in these areas, together with the ability to work to deadlines and income targets. You’re passionate about providing excellent customer care, have good interpersonal skills and sound negotiation skills. Experience working in the insurance or legal industry would be beneficial.
