RHC are excited to be opening at 8 Bishopsgate – a diverse, multi-outlet, tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality. RHC are looking for an exceptional General Manager is required to join the opening team.
8 Bishopsgate features two Café Bars; a stunning Restaurant on level 26; Executive dining on Level 50 alongside various meeting rooms, PLUS an extraordinary auditorium for up to 200 guests. In addition, RHC caters spectacular events within the building – many held at the very top of the building on L50.
The General Manager will need to be an inspiring leader, business developer, coach, counsellor and general operational superstar. Senior enough to oversee multiple Heads of Departments in several areas; hands on enough to lead by example. From world-class corporate events to logistics, lifts and loading bays, this role will be involved in every facet of the operation.
The team will start small with an opening team of about 15 and will grow to 80 plus once the building is fully occupied.
We are looking for a strong individual in a similar role or with the desire to step up with multi-outlet experience; commercial, sales and marketing skills; with bags of personality and presence.

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician – based at Sky Garden, supporting the wider business across our London sites.
Reporting into the Group Maintenance and Facilities Manager, this brand-new role will be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance and facilities management at our sites.
You’ll oversee sourcing and supervision of all contractors/third parties
Manage the Health & Safety requirements/obligations of all areas and operations including security, maintenance, waste handling, fire evacuation strategy and any other relevant areas
Maintain safe and secure environment for customers, visitors and employees
To act as liaison within buildings to address any issues or concerns

The ideal Senior Events Team Leader will need to have gained experience within event catering, luxury hotels or C&B venues. We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team - working in brand-new purpose-built kitchens, you’ll be providing food for our restaurant, bars and food kiosks at 22B. As a Senior Chef de Partie you’ll be cooking up a range of fresh, healthy and vibrant dishes with an innovative edge. All of the food at 22B showcases RHC's signature creativity, whether fresh, clean plated lunch/dinner or Asian style street food.
It’s a phased opening and as more companies join the building we’ll gradually get busier and will be adding to our teams, therefore there’ll be plenty of scope for you to grow in your career.
The ideal Senior Chef de Partie will have worked in a quality-led environment, ideally a quality, all-day dining restaurant or a hotel kitchen. That said if you’ve worked in a top-end B&I contract catering operation, we’ve got something for you too.
You should have great presence, personality, communication skills and above all, a love of food and drink. You'll have the support of a superb Executive Chef and culinary team to help you on your way.

Sky Garden sits at the top of the iconic 20 Fenchurch Street aka the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building, and houses three restaurants, two bars, two cafés and stunning event spaces.
We’re looking for an Assistant Back of House Manager to join the BOH team and manage the goods in, logistics, event set up and general health and safety of the operation.
You will be working closely with our Back of House Manager. You’ll supervise all deliveries and their stock control; lead and inspire our team of porters; help set up incredible events and maintain the high level of due diligence of the BOH operation.
The ideal candidate will have a background working in large hotel operations, restaurant or event venue, either as a Goods Receiver, Head Porter or in a role with similar responsibilities.
We are looking for someone with:
Strong administration and organisation skills
Previous experience of stock control
Excellent communicator/negotiator
Good use of initiative
Problem solving skills
