Retail Manager

Supporting clubs to become more sustainable by developing strong governance, volunteer capacity, effective planning and inclusive practices. Recruiting, developing and retaining club coaches, volunteers and leaders, ensuring access to relevant training and continuous development opportunities. Identifying and securing funding opportunities to support club development, growth initiatives and facility improvements, while contributing to and managing allocated budgets in line with agreed development plans. OneRen are seeking a dynamic and creative Freelance Arts Festival Programmer to join our team to build on the success of the 2026 Festival. The second edition of Paisley Arts Festival will take place between 26 - 28 March 2027. The role of the Associate Programmer is to: Curate an ambitious, diverse and unique festival programme of performances and events across OneRens cultural venues Paisley Arts Centre and Paisley Town Hall utilising indoor and outdoor spaces. Collaborate to programme work at national level whilst showcasing local artists. Ensure the festival programme connects strongly with place to create meaningful engagement with Renfrewshire communities and beyond, offering a platform for high quality work that will appeal to a diverse range of audiences. The ideal programmer will be bursting with ideas, contacts, be able to bring experience of venue/festival programming and a wide network of contacts nationally across multiple genres. Freelance Writer in Residence- Paisley Book Festival 2027

Freelance Writer in Residence- Paisley Book Festival 2027   Please see Recruitment pack and further information attached. Paisley Book Festival seek to appoint a part-time Writer in Residence to support the festival’s strategic aims around creative development, community engagement, and amplifying diverse voices.  The residency will centre on Paisley as a lived environment, responding to the festival’s ethos and values, and will prioritise local storytelling, participation, and access to quality creative writing and / or literary engagement.  The Writer in Residence will act as both:  A creative practitioner developing new work, and  A public-facing ambassador, engaging communities and contributing to the festival’s year-round presence.  This residency is open to all forms of writing including, but not limited to, prose, poetry, playwriting, screenwriting, spoken work, writing for children, and genre writing. The only specific remit is that the writer is inspired and influenced by Paisley. Each Paisley Book Festival is curated with a theme, which is confirmed around 6 months ahead of the festival launch / announcements.
