About you
You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service either from a contact centre environment or retail / hospitality setting. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with clients, colleagues, and suppliers via all contact methods.
Proven effective time management and organisational skills within a task-based environment.
Knowledge or experience in a claims or personal injury setting is desirable but no essential.

2-3 years experience working within a legal sector, ideally within a private client
Experience managing a probate caseload of both grant only and estate administration cases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with clients during difficult times
The ability to progress your case load in a timely and efficient manner.
A law degree or be CILEX would be desirable, but this is advantageous
