Client Liaison Representative

Location : Cardiff Salary : From £22,369.35 - £24,300 depending on experience Contract : Permanent Hours : 37.5 Hours per week across Monday - Friday Is Customer Service your forte? Are you keen to develop and progress in a prestigious organisation? As a Client Liaison Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients on their journey to receive compensation for accidents they have been involved in. The role is primarily focused on liaising with clients to ensure their claims have the correct level of information, using your ability to balance empathy with professional integrity to facilitate a smooth client journey through various legal portals and processes. What’s in it for you? Salary- From £22,369.35 - £24,300   per annum depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus Annual leave - 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service.
