We have an exciting opportunity within our fast paced and successful Contact Centre Operations Team. Due to recent growth, we are looking for individuals with a customer service or claim handling background to take inbound calls while providing a first class service to our customers who need to report a motor incident.
This opportunity will deal with FNOL (First Notification of Loss) insurance claims. The main duties of this role will involve taking inbound calls from our customers who will be registering a new motor accident claim. You will be tasked with processing correspondence in a timely matter and completing all relevant administrations tasks while ensuring you are making our clients journey with us as smooth as possible and putting their needs first.

About you
Proven customer service skills through a retail / hospitality or contact centre environment. Experience in a claims handler / FNOL position is highly desirable but not essential.
The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, not only verbally, but written communication too.
Naturally empathetic with the ability to connect with people
Ability to make informed decisions within in a fast-paced environment
High organisational and prioritisation skills with a strong attention to detail

First and foremost, you will have extensive experience within RTA and ELPL litigated cases.
A strong understanding of running of Part 7 Claims, with a detailed knowledge of the litigation processes.
The ability to demonstrate your understanding of court processes / CPR and have a successful track record.

About you
You will have previous experience working as a Costs Draftsperson / Cost Lawyer handling a Caseload.
An expert in drafting and preparing documents to a high standard in terms of presentation and attention to detail is essential.
A strong understanding of preparing detailed costs estimates and security for costs applications.
Excellent communicator both in person and in writing, confident and comfortable writing reporting and presenting information to a variety of stakeholders.
Personal injury and/or clinical negligence experience would be highly advantageous.
