Scheduling Coordinator

Location : Chesterfield Salary : Up to £25,000 Per Annum Contract : Permanent, Full time Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday We have an excellent opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator who wants to be part of one of the UK's fastest-growing industries. As our Scheduling Coordinator, You’ll be responsible for ensuring our Installers are in the right place, at the right time.  You’ll have a strong understanding of due process and the importance of customer service. You’ll be scheduling customer appointments for a variety of work types ensuring overall installer efficiency and high utilisation. You’ll work as a vital conduit between our internal teams and field-based installers. You’ll work to deliver maximum efficiency, utilisation and Installer satisfaction. Your focus will also be on utilising available business data in order to forecast installer capacity, enabling you to identify future challenges well in advance, and find innovative solutions.   What’s in it for you? Salary- Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience. Annual leave - 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Installation Planner Coordinator

Location: Chesterfield, with the option for Hybrid working Salary: Up to £25,000 (Depending on experience) Working Pattern:  40 hours/ week, Monday-Friday We have an excellent opportunity for an Installation Planning Coordinator who wants to be part of one of the UK's fastest-growing industries. Joining our growing team, You’ll be advising and supporting customers through the onboarding journey preparing for installation and booking those customers in.   Your key responsibilities will include Owning customer contact from “application-in” to scheduling stage. Completing what we call “Desktop Surveys” - building a full story of the customers' installation and requirements via images and information either already provided or by your request. Generating standard and non-standard installation quotes. Discussing electrical compliance points with customers. Preparing customer files for our Installers. Ensuring and maintaining our high Installation completion rate by being diligent. Organising and allocating customers to other departments, as per process.   What’s in it for you?
