As part of a team of professionals you will undertake the inspection of damaged vehicles , assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and time frames. You will arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers and deal with financial transactions, paying particular attention to banking/security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies. As the first point of contact you will liaise directly with the customer, the bodyshop and any third parties to ensure an excellent customer experience. About You As a Customer Service Advisor, we would like you to have an interest and passion in what we do. With a professional appearance we would also appreciate it if you have a customer focus and teamwork mentality and are IT Literate. Problem solving and understanding when to escalate problems would be highly advantageous as would the ability to identify and fully support development of retail sales opportunities. A s a given you must have experience of working in fast paced customer facing role, within the automotive industry , be that dealership, accident repair, service or sales . Driver Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £25,153.78 per year, with company benefits and bonus Hours: 45 hours per week This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Driver to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our busy site in Milton Keynes . As part of a team of professional drivers you are a critical to the smooth running of the operation. The Drivers job is to collect customers vehicles and deliver them to the Bodyshop for repair. Once repaired your job is to then deliver them back to the customer. Customers trust us, so you will always be professional, providing a first-class service every time. It is also important that you drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, considering weather and traffic conditions. Not only do you need to collect, valet and deliver vehicles, but you also need to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, collect payments and receipts, report accidents/incidents and comply fully with health and safety legislation, e.g. driving whilst under the influence of sleep inducing medication, driving vehicles for which you are not insured or trained Why choose FMG RS?
