Systems Manager

This new role will manage the smooth deployment and ongoing operation of our new case management system. You will assist end-users with system usage, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance system functionality. You will be educated to Degree level or equivalent, experience of working within IT projects or similar and being involved or coordinating and leading training. Experience of D365, collaborating with cross-functional teams, project management experience, exceptional communication and IT skills are essential. Community Justice Manager

Sacro’s mission is to deliver life-changing services that empower people, give hope and protection, and help to build safe communities. Could you be our next Community Justice Manager? We are looking for our next manager to lead and be responsible for all aspects of the delivery and development of Community Justice services. This currently includes bail mentoring, diversion, and arrest referral services, local voluntary throughcare, court peer mentor support and specialist intervention delivery.  This post is subject to PVG membership. Some evening and weekend work may be required along with participating in a National On-Call out of hours rota and travel will be required. Intensive Support Supervisor

Sacro’s mission is to deliver life-changing services that empower people, give hope and protection, and help to build safe communities. We are looking to recruit two National Intensive Support Supervisors to work exclusively on the NISP Service, operating across Scotland. The additional staff will work alongside those presently involved in the delivery of NISP and under the direction of the NISP Service Manager and Service Team Leader. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, who have experience of working with offenders and/or working in a social care setting.  You will need to have a non-judgmental value base, a practical appreciation of risk management and be flexible to meet the changing needs of the service. The hours of work are 37.5 per week and these posts will operate on a rota system based on a 24/7 pattern.  There may be a requirement to work on public holidays. Travel throughout the area may be required so use of a car for work and a driving license is required. Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) will be a requirement. Sessional Workers - National Intensive Support Packages (National)

Sacro’s mission is to deliver life-changing services that empower people, give hope and protection, and help to build safe communities Sessional workers are required for our Intensive Support Packages services operating in Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Ayrshire, Edinburgh and the Lothians. To join this team, you will need experience of working with offenders and/or working in a social care setting.   This work is challenging and rewarding. You will need to have a non-judgmental value base, good interpersonal and communication skills, and be flexible to meet the changing needs of our services.  You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and to agreed plans.      Hours are sessional, as required, and shifts include evenings and weekends. A valid driving license and access to a car are essential for this post. Hours of work are as and when required. Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme will be a requirement for the above posts for which Sacro will cover the cost.
