What you’ll do: On a day to day basis, you'll be working closely with the rest of the digital team to manage brand engagement and user experience initiatives. Developing and evolving our in-house e-commerce and content management platform.  Writing clean, secure and commented code to an exceptionally high standard. Refactoring, reviewing and maintaining existing enterprise application code bases to ensure scalability, performance and security are taken into consideration. Actively researching and implementing innovative web techniques and features to enhance the development process. Developing and deploying new features to facilitate related procedures and tools. Liaising with other departments within the business to gain and review internal and external feedback on the website and digital development projects. Who you are: At least 2 years experience with PHP development. A core understanding of web technologies - HTML, JS, CSS is essential. A working knowledge of MySQL and relational databases in general is essential. Working knowledge of version control systems, preferably git, is essential. Experienced in Symfony and Python Experience with any other frameworks (Laravel, Silex, Zend) would be great Any additional full stack skills - SASS, task runners (grunt/gulp), JS frameworks (angular, vue, react) would be nice but not essential. Knowledge of development environments like Vagrant and Docker would also be helpful. Team Leader - Distribution Warehouse * Internal employees only*

The logistics warehouse is the main hub based centrally at the heart of Lush. The warehouse deals with all incoming products from all production departments. These are then distributed on a daily basis to UK retail and worldwide. This is fast paced environment which involves lots of planning and preparation to ensuring product is sent out efficiently. The warehouse team are responsibilities for picking, packing and ensuring all orders are fulfilled on a daily basis.

Android Developer

At Lush Global Digital we lead the digital strategy and development of apps and websites. Developers of all disciplines are responsible for delivering software and services that meet the needs of the company as a global cosmetics retailer and spa. The successful candidate will be able to analyze the current state of the business and suggest, design, and build solutions to improve processes, platform, reach, and abilities.

Team Leader - Massage Production Department *Internal Employees Only*

The Massage department is one of the most innovative departments in Lush. Their products range from massage bars, bath melts, body scrubs and bespoke Oxford Street exclusives. Massage at its busiest period has a headcount of 80 production staff.

Retail Net Zero & Zero Waste Coordinator **Internal or previous Lush employees only**

This role will be key in supporting Lush UK&I in achieving our utilities and waste reporting requirements and identifying ways to reduce our environmental impact, ensuring we are working towards our vision of Leaving The World Lusher Than We Found It. In Retail, we can deliver a positive impact upon 105 locations across the UK&I but we need resources to make it happen.

Spa Therapist

Here at the Lush Spa in Bath we are looking for talented and passionate therapists to join our team on a 15 hour per week contract which will be conducted over two days of the week (ideally a Thursday and Saturday). However these hours will need to meet the needs of our clients and at times there may be availability for over time during treatment training and to cover holidays and staff sickness.  By becoming a Lush Spa therapist, you will be immersed in the unique atmosphere of our spa, performing truly magical, holistic treatments that encompass the body, mind and spirit using handmade products. A highly sought after role, you need a true belief in our spa and treatments, as this is an amazing opportunity to develop your career. Our therapists receive amazing training in order to provide five star experiences to all of our clients.  Our ideal candidate must: Hold an NVQ level 3 or similar in beauty or holistic therapy (or similar which includes full body massage)  Have a passion for excellent customer service Be willing to learn about our products and be able to deliver the same standard of customer service to our customers on the shop floor Be proactive about building our business Be able to follow a treatment routine (all of our treatments are choreographed to music and you will be taught the routine for each treatment) To apply: Please attach your CV and a cover letter detailing any relevant experience, what you can bring to our team and why you want to work for us. Data Warehouse Developer

Here at the Lush Head Office in the UK we are in the process of migrating our Data Warehouse and reporting solution to the GCP (Google Cloud Platform), BigQuery and Looker, while maintaining our current Global Data Warehouse solution (SQL Server and QlikView) containing retail and digital sales for our international operations in Europe and beyond.
