Client Services Internal Executive - Rapid Response

Image Engineer

Job Title: Image Engineer (bodyshop or VDA experience preferred) – Hybrid working available once fully trained.  Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire  Salary: up to £36,000 depending on experience + quarterly bonus + benefits Job Type: Permanent, Full time: 37.5 hours per week   Overview of the Role The purpose of the role is to engineer and authorize vehicle repair costs in accordance with manufacturer’s methodology while taking all aspects of the claim into consideration. You will be responsible for taking technical calls, producing inspection reports, and making total loss decisions whilst authorising supplementary estimates. You will engage with the network to develop a strong working relationship with maximum efficiency.    About you This role is suited to Vehicle Damage Assessor currently working in the accident repair industry Paint, Panel and Mechanical Technicians with minimum of 3 years hands on experience are also welcomed to apply as systems training will be given Highly conscientious and self-motivated, with an eye for detail and proven problem solving skills, you will gain genuine satisfaction from finding ways to continually provide exceptional customer service. An outstanding communicator, you will also have strong questioning and listening skills, together with an ability to quickly develop rapport with customers and suppliers over the phone. Rapid Response Customer Service Representative - Part-Time

Location : Huddersfield Salary : From £12,809.79 per annum dependant on experience + £1300 performance bonus paid quarterly. Shift Pattern: Shifts between 17:00-22:45. 4 on 4 off (20 hours per week). As a Customer Service Representative in our team, you will be the first point of contact for those reporting incidents to the Operations Centre. The primary objective in all cases is to get the nearest vehicle recovery operator with the correct equipment to the scene within agreed timescales and to manage the incident to a successful conclusion. Salary: From £27,091.30 per annum dependant on experience + £2600 performance bonus paid quarterly.  Location:  Huddersfield Contract: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week. Our Rapid Response team provide comprehensive, 24/7 telephone support service to those in need of urgent assistance. We work closely with Highways England and a number of police forces across the UK. Each call is unique, and the type of support provided is entirely dependent upon the specific requirements of each incident. As a Customer Service Representative in our team, you will be the first point of contact for those reporting incidents to the Operations Centre. The primary objective in all cases is to get the nearest vehicle recovery operator with the correct equipment to the scene within agreed timescales and to manage the incident to a successful conclusion.
