Claims Negotiator

We're in search of talented Claims Negotiators to join our team and contribute to our growing success.   The Rental Damage Claims Department offers an extra service to clients who have experienced accidents while driving rental vehicles. Our duty is to verify the fairness and reasonableness of costs presented to our clients by rental companies. We engage with the rental company, assess their charges, and negotiate settlements where feasible, ensuring our clients are only liable for genuine damages they've caused. You'll be responsible for efficiently handling all claims, fully mitigating rental company damage claims, settling swiftly, and consistently applying FMG's proactive claims handling approach.   What’s in it for you? Business Analyst

Location: Huddersfield - OFFICE BASED Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus Contract: Permanent  Hours: Full time Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst and working closely with the Business Transformation team and Project Managers, you will act as a bridge between the business and IT delivery partners, getting involved in diverse range of change initiatives across the wider business. Your role will primarily be to help identify change needs in respect of allocated projects, and assess the impact of those changes by capturing, analysing, and documenting As-Is / To-Be models, functional and non-functional requirements, and testing requirements. Client Services Executive - Rapid Response

Location:  Huddersfield Salary: Up to £29,429.51 + quarterly bonus Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm Are you seeking a fresh challenge in a vibrant and expanding business?  We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Internal Executive to join our Client Services Delivery Team, where you will take ownership of the day-to-day requirements for clients that fall under the Rapid Response portfolio, including client reporting, management of their queries, retention, and client satisfaction.  Reporting directly to the Rapid Response Client Services Team Leader you will be the custodian of the client’s requirements for FMG, liaising between the clients and cross-functional RRRM teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Management Teams to assist with identifying and delivering any new solutions and continuous improvements required. What’s in it for you? Rapid Response Customer Service Representative

Salary: From £27,091 per annum dependant on experience + £2600 performance bonus paid quarterly.  Location:  Huddersfield Contract: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week. Hours: Monday to Friday with shift patterns in between 7:00-22:00, Saturday & Sunday with shifts in between 7:00-19:00, with 1 in 2 weekends to be worked.  Are you looking for a new challenge within a business that supports your professional growth and development? Our Rapid Response team provide comprehensive, 24/7 telephone support service to those in need of urgent assistance. We work closely with Highways England and a number of police forces across the UK. Each call is unique, and the type of support provided is entirely dependent upon the specific requirements of each incident. As a Customer Service Representative in our team, you will be the first point of contact for those reporting incidents to the Operations Centre. The primary objective in all cases is to get the nearest vehicle recovery operator with the correct equipment to the scene within agreed timescales and to manage the incident to a successful conclusion.
