Actual Salary £16,467 – £16,796 per annum

37 Hours per week, Term Time plus one week

Sewell Park Academy is in the process of transforming and is going from strength to strength.  We seek the right individuals to join us and help us to develop further. 

Sewell Park Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to manage the Academy’s attendance policy so to maximise student attendance and introduce strategies to improve overall attendance. You will be able to maintain attendance data on the school system on an accurate and timely basis, discuss with students and their parents/carers reasons for absence and to work to improve attendance.  Be able to provide effective communication with parents/carers using telephone/text messaging/emails/letters.


This academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS, and have checks carried out with past employers.
