The Hoover Candy Group are seeking a Stock Analyst to join our Built-In Team based at our brand new offices at Birchwood Park, Warrington.
The role holder will be required to:
• Daily updating of stock management file • Interaction with and provision of stock movements requests from the Order Processing team • Production and publication of varied customers availability reports on a daily basis • Built-In home delivery reports and stock management on a daily basis • Overstock/discontinued reporting on a weekly basis • Production of stock level report for the Commercial Team 3 times a week • Full supplier management of a 3rd party supplier, including the management of inventory, placement of new stock orders and delivery booking/rebooking • Management of direct load order placement, end to end • Full stock management for Ireland • General stock enquires from the Sales Team advising on lead-time, availability, slow moving and very slow moving stock etc. • Assisting other business sectors with stock requests when required.
Person Specification:
• Demonstrable stock control experience • Strong administrative and organisational skills • Great attention to detail • Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Be a team player, also have the ability to work independently
