We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with coffee and cocktails experience to join our team at 8 Bishopsgate.

8 Bishopsgate is a diverse, multi-outlet tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality. 8 Bishopsgate features two café bars, a stunning restaurant on level 26, executive dining on Level 50 and meeting rooms plus an auditorium for up to 200 guests. In addition, we cater spectacular events within the building.

You'll be looking after our  team and clients at our beautiful Twenty-Six Bar, located on Level 26, in a lively food hub serving tenants everyday favourites morning, noon and evening. The expansive terrace and panoramic views make this space an inspiring location for tenants to connect, create and consume.

The 300-cover space will also house an events and cultural area supporting a dynamic programme of talks, music and private events.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will need to have some experience as a bartender within quality restaurants. Cocktail experience would be ideal. Great presence, personality, communication skills and a love of food and drink are essential. 

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a small team of 3-4 baristas/bartenders. You will ensure a smooth service and will have excellent attention to detail, maintaining the Bar area in excellent conditions. You will also be responsible for closing the Bar at the end of the day.
