The Contact Centre Supervisor’s main responsibilities are to support visitors before and after their visit to the V&A. They spend their time setting up events for the website, processing refunds and exchanges and supporting a busy operational team of customer service agents. Working closely with the team they ensure that we fulfil our service level agreements, resolving issues in a timely manner and delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.
