We are looking for an enthusiastic leader, determined to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their potential. We are actively seeking and excited to find an aspirant or current Deputy Headteacher who has the ability to form outstanding relationships with children and get to the heart of each and every child in their care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading teaching and learning, supporting our school to build on the best practice already in place. This post will balance classroom responsibility, with significant leadership responsibility alongside the Headteacher. They will be the ‘critical friend’ of the Head Teacher and will work as part of the SLT in delivering bold and inspirational leadership.  Fundamental to the role, will be to support and enable a culture of continuous reflection, learning and development, that engages all staff.
