Role: Senior Support Worker Location: Conkers, Mirfield Salary: £13.54/hr plus great benefits and enhanced rates of pay for overtime and bank holidays Hours: 24 or 36 hour contracts available
Please note this role does require you to have experience in leading a team within a social care setting, but additional training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Conkers is a lively and welcoming 7 bed residential home for Young Adults who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. We are looking for some amazing new people to join our team. Please read the full job description before applying for this role.

As a Senior Support Worker at Conkers, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for, but day to day duties will include:
- Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
- Promoting person-centred, high quality care
- Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
- Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation including care plans
- Administering and auditing medication(s)
