We are currently recruiting for Electrical Engineering Apprentices to meet our 2018 programme intake.

We have four different apprenticeship programmes:  Mechanical, Process, Combustion and Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

Our programmes are four years, giving you a combination of college study and professional on the job training.
You will spend up to two years at the Middlesbrough residential centre run by our training partner TTE.  During this time we will support you with a living allowance, accommodation and transport to get you to the training facility each day.

Whilst at TTE you will complete a mixture of theory based and practical qualifications to provide you with an underpinning knowledge, including:
- Level 3 BTEC diploma in Electrical Engineering;
- Level 3 QCF diploma in Electrical Engineering; and
- Mentoring and management support throughout the programme.

You will then be working hands-on at one of our four manufacturing sites for the remainder of the scheme. 
We are recruiting specifically for our Wissington Factory, near King's Lynn in Norfolk.

You will 'learn and earn', starting on a salary of £10,886 and when you complete the programme, you will start as a factory based Electrical Engineering Technician on a starting salary of £37,213.

So what are we looking for?

We want to hear from you if you have five GCSE's at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent) including Maths, English and a Science.

We are looking for individuals who are driven to succeed, enthusiastic, curious to learn and have strong attention to detail.
