Head Chef – Fenchurch Restaurant

  • Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience

Fenchurch Restaurant by Kerth Gumbs is a contemporary dining destination located on level 37 of the famous Walkie-Talkie, blending stunning views of London with elevated menus, vibrant atmosphere and warm, approachable hospitality.

Our menus marry the finest British ingredients with the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean, reflecting Kerth’s Anguillan heritage and culinary expertise. The restaurant has recently been revamped, now featuring bar seating for a more relaxed dining experience, in addition to our nine-course tasting menu or a la carte options.

We’re looking to recruit a Head Chef to lead and inspire our team, collaborating with Kerth in delivering edgy, exciting, and daring cuisine that showcases what we at RHC live and breathe – creativity and WOW factor, always raising the bar.

You’ll have the bones of a great team - between 15 and 20 chefs – that will need developing, mentoring and above all else, looking after.

The ideal Head Chef will need to have a proven track record in delivering contemporary British cuisine at volume.
