Redington is an independent investment consultant. We employ 120 people and plan to near double over the next 3-5 years. Our clients, who are responsible for 2 million people's pensions, are in better shape than the majority of pension schemes. We deliver advice face-to-face, mostly to institutions today, however we are working on delivering this digitally to millions of individuals of all ages over the next few decades.

You Have:

• Excellent academic record and a highly analytical mind;
• Strong Interest in finance and capital markets and commitment to learning (if no prior pensions experience);
