We are looking for a part-time Web/Digital Analyst (3 days a week) to join our digital team and help us fulfil the V&A’s mission of delivering an outstanding digital experience, wherever our visitors encounter us. We’re looking for someone who can use a range of tools and methods to gather insights about user behaviour and can also communicate those insights effectively.
It’s a role with a lot of variety. You’ll work with many stakeholders across the organisation, and across multiple products. The V&A digital presence comprises several functions, including ticketing, ecommerce, membership, content and publishing, and a digitised collection comprising around 2.3 million objects and 650,000 images.
Your work will be part of a supportive, friendly, and forward-looking team that is considered a leader in the sector.
